Job summary

PwC is seeking an Adobe Transformation - Manager in Houston to lead data analytics projects, applying advanced techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decisions. You will mentor teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver data-driven solutions across client operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, integrity, and leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud tools to enhance delivery and innovation within the Data & Analytics practice.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Experience with analytics, dashboards, and ML.
• Adobe Experience Cloud familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading data analysis workstreams to drive insights and support strategic decision-making
• Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets
• Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize client operations
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, Marketo, AEM Assets, and/or Workfront
• Managing and mentoring teams to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data utilization and business improvement
• Building and maintaining data visualization dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
• Conducting exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and inform predictive modeling efforts
• Confirming data integrity and security within analytics frameworks
• Applying statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to enhance data analysis capabilities
• Facilitating the integration of innovative technologies and practices across data analytics teams
