Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 15+ years of architecting and implementing marketing automation solutions.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, CDP and Adobe Experience Platform services (RTCDP, AJO, AJA).
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (XML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, APIs).
• Proven track record with multiple Adobe implementations and analytics integration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and bridge business and technical teams.
• Design and translate business use cases into AEP, CJA and AJO solutions.
• Architect and implement marketing solutions using Adobe Experience Platform services.
• Guide data ingestion, segmentation, personalization and activation workflows.
• Lead migrations of marketing operations to Adobe Experience Platform and ensure smooth delivery.
• Integrate marketing clouds and campaign platforms with AEP for a cohesive ecosystem.
• Manage databases, data models and ETL processes for marketing data flows.
• Evaluate tools, define features, and interact with data sources.
• Develop targeted acquisition and engagement campaigns to improve outcomes.
