Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a skilled professional to design and implement scalable Adobe Experience Platform data solutions that power personalized customer experiences across digital channels. You will blend data architecture, platform configuration, and governance to support activation and analytics for client campaigns.

The role requires experience with AEP, RT-CDP, pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver end-to-end solutions for advertising, marketing, and commerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years implementing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RT-CDP.
• 2+ years with AEP Web SDK, Mobile SDK, datastreams, and instrumentation design.
• 2+ years implementing consent management, data usage labels and policies, access controls, deletion workflows, hygiene workflows, and audit controls.
• 5+ years in customer data, marketing technology, or data engineering with API-first configuration, Git, CI/CD, environment promotion, automated validation, production monitoring, and runbooks.
• 5+ years with relational and non-relational databases and ETL tools, plus 3+ years designing customer datasets and data models across CRM, call center, marketing, offline, or POS data sources.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and potential immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-level AEP data architectures and XDM schemas.
• Configure and optimize AEP capabilities including RT-CDP, CJA, and AJO.
• Build batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines using Data Prep, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Develop identity resolution, profile unification, and governance approaches.
• Lead integration and solution delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud, third-party systems, and client stakeholders.
