Job summary

Hirobe Limited seeks an Adobe Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise Adobe transformation programs, influencing CIOs, CMOs, CTOs and senior leaders across global accounts.

You will own the technical vision, translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, and guide delivery with cross-functional, distributed teams to achieve strategic business outcomes.

This role requires travel up to 20% domestically and frequent executive-level collaboration to shape strategy and drive outcomes.

Do you have the technical depth to architect enterprise-scale Adobe solutions and the consulting presence to influence CIOs, CMOs, CTOs and senior business leaders?

Hirobe is partnering with a leading Adobe Platinum Partner that is investing heavily in its enterprise consulting capabilities and looking for a senior-level Adobe Enterprise Architect to play a key role in some of its most strategic client engagements.

This is a role for someone who can move comfortably between business strategy, enterprise architecture and delivery leadership.

You won’t simply be designing solutions from the sidelines.

You’ll be helping clients understand what they should build, why they should build it, and how to successfully deliver it.

What you'll be doing

As the Enterprise Architect, you'll become a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, helping them navigate complex digital experience and transformation programmes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own the technical vision and architecture for major Adobe transformation initiatives.
• Translate business objectives and complex requirements into scalable enterprise solutions.
• Develop architecture roadmaps aligned to business strategy, technical requirements and long-term objectives.
• Design and oversee Adobe Experience Cloud implementations and enterprise integrations.
• Make architecture decisions with scalability, security, governance and maintainability in mind.

Technical & Delivery Leadership

• Provide technical leadership throughout the full programme lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Support project planning, scope definition, estimates, resource planning and delivery timelines.
• Identify technical and delivery risks before they become problems.
• Develop pragmatic remediation strategies and drive successful outcomes.
• Maintain alignment between technical execution and customer business objectives.
• Architect solutions across multiple Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Help organisations transform their customer experience, marketing, content, analytics, personalisation and commerce capabilities.
• Provide strategic guidance around Adobe Experience Platform and the broader Adobe ecosystem.
• Define best-practice architecture and implementation approaches.
• Architect integrations between Adobe and third-party enterprise platforms.
• Work with REST APIs, cloud storage, data platforms and structured/unstructured data.
• Define scalable approaches to data ingress, egress, security and integration.
• Ensure Adobe platforms work effectively alongside CRM, commerce, analytics, marketing and content ecosystems.
• Become a trusted advisor to technical, marketing and executive stakeholders.
• Present architecture strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Translate highly technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Challenge assumptions and provide thought leadership when required.
• Build lasting client relationships while maintaining technical credibility.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a strategic technical leader, not simply someone who knows Adobe products.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Enterprise Architect, Principal Architect or Principal Consultant experience within large-scale digital transformation.
• 4+ years of hands-on architecture and/or implementation experience across at least three Adobe Experience Cloud solution areas.
• Strong expertise across technologies such as:
• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Real-Time CDP (RTCDP)
• Adobe Target / Recommendations
• Adobe Campaign / Marketo Engage
• Adobe Commerce / Magento
• Adobe Workfront / Fusion
• Adobe GenStudio / Firefly Services
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, integrations, data and cloud technologies.
• Experience working across broader enterprise ecosystems such as Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft and similar platforms.
• A proven ability to turn business challenges into practical technical strategies.
• Experience leading large, distributed and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial and consulting awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage at C-suite level.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically, with occasional international travel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Adobe Certified Expert-level certifications
• Experience across CDP, DMP, DSP, marketing automation and omnichannel personalisation
• Strong knowledge of the wider digital marketing ecosystem
• Experience with mobile application architecture, including React Native, Flutter or native development
• Experience applying Generative AI and Agentic AI to enterprise workflows
• Experience designing or implementing AI-powered solutions and AI agents
