What Accenture does best is UNLEASH the powers of emotion, empathy, and excitement at an enterprise scale to create the best experiences on the planet- for our clients and their customers. Now more than ever, the future belongs to those who ignite and propel the human experience. Those who turn innovation into action. Powered by creativity. Fuelled by data and technology. So it only makes sense that we made ourselves experts at unleashing the power of Adobe, the world’s most advanced customer-experience company. Because by combining passion, data, design thinking, and a dedicated global team of marketers, strategists, and technologists, singularly focused on creating the best experiences, Accenture makes it possible to realize the true potential of the Adobe platform.

You Are:

As an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Edge Delivery Services Solutions Architect you will work closely with our clients on critical digital transformation programs which drive the customer experience, optimize costs, create efficiencies and deliver business outcomes. You will be responsible for the leadership, planning and management of assigned AEM related client engagements and participate in all aspects of the lifecycle which includes estimating, requirements gathering, solution and technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients.

The Work:

This is a hands-on delivery role. As a solution lead you will work in support of a client product owner, on large scale implementations. Accountable to a program leadership team you will be responsible for the successful delivery of AEM implementations as well as business enablement and migration work packages relating to content supply chain technology. This role requires a high-level of flexibility, but day to day responsibilities will typically include.

  • Organizing and facilitating discovery and requirement capture workshops
  • Lead the design, architecture, development, testing and deployment of Adobe Experience Management (AEM) Sites using Edge Delivery Services and Assets solutions.
  • Working with the project manager to define project deliver approach
  • You will work closely with clients, product owners, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users to build state-of-the-art content supply chain solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Be the point person for implementation strategies based on business needs, long-term strategy, and creative design.
  • Champion engineering rigor throughout all AEM projects by promoting concepts such as Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration and detailed documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance to AEM developers and practitioners around best practices in AEM development and configuration - both back-end and front-end execution.
  • Be hands-on with the code and configuration when needed
  • Provide architectural guidance/input around environment configuration, caching, CDN usage, security, etc.
  • Manage project teams of 10 or more people in both onsite and remote, global locations
  • Lead the design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of AEM Sites on Edge Delivery Services and Document-based / Universal Editor authoring, bridging from traditional AEM Sites (AEM as a Cloud Service / on-prem) where clients are mid-migration.
  • Define and lead Classic-AEM -> Edge Delivery migration strategy: content supply chain modeling, template/block mapping, and large-scale automated content import.
  • Champion AI-accelerated delivery - apply AI-assisted development, migration, and content-authoring tooling to compress project timelines, and advise clients on adopting Adobe's AI capabilities (Firefly, AEM AI Assistant, GenStudio, Adobe Experience Platform/AI agents) within their content supply chain.
  • Provide architectural guidance on environment configuration, caching, CDN/edge compute, performance (Core Web Vitals), security, and governance.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What You Need:
  • Minimum of 7 years of architecting and delivering full-lifecycle software/digital experience projects, including deep hands-on AEM Sites (AEMaaCS and/or 6.x) delivery.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience across Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and Assets)-you’ve architected and delivered full-lifecycle AEM programs.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Edge Delivery Services experience - building/authoring Edge Delivery sites (blocks, document-based or Universal Editor authoring, Git-based dev workflow, aem.live delivery pipeline) and a working grasp of front-end fundamentals (vanilla JS, CSS, Core Web Vitals / Lighthouse performance).

Bonus Point If:
  • Enterprise DAM / AEM Assets delivery.
