Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a Digital Analytics Senior Consultant for a remote US role. The candidate will leverage Adobe Analytics to measure digital performance, build dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, and deliver insights to business stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of analytics experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and demonstrated ability to communicate with executive audiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, marketing, statistics, CS, or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics including Analysis Workspace, Calculated Metrics, Virtual Report Suites, and Report Builder.
• Strong background in digital measurement and performance analysis in media, entertainment, subscription, or transactional e‑commerce.
• Experience building dashboards/visualizations with Power BI or Tableau; advanced Excel/Sheets skills; data manipulation and automation.
• Proven ability to translate data into business insights and present to stakeholders and executives.

Digital Analytics Senior Consultant

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Analytics, including:
• o Analysis Workspace
• to Calculated Metrics
• o Virtual Report Suites
• o Report Builder
• Strong background in digital measurement and performance analysis within media, entertainment, subscription, or transactional e‑commerce environments.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting automation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Experience with Adobe Launch or other tag management solutions (Adobe Tags, Tealium, Google Tag Manager).
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks, including notebooks, Spark SQL, and Lakehouse‑based analytics environments.
• Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with customer journey, marketing, and product analytics use cases.
• Adobe Analytics certification or related industry certifications.
