Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a senior software engineer to design, code, test, and maintain scalable applications. You will work with customers, business analysts, technology and project teams to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions aligned with architectural standards.

Be responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts, technology, and project teams to understand business requirements, drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and technology strategies, and comply with the organization's architectural standards. Provide technical guidance to the development team through the full software life cycle.

The estimated base salary for this role is $114,500 - $157,400 a year. We have a pay‑for‑performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in form of bonus, commissions, and/or long‑term incentives depending on the role.
