Role: Adobe AEP Architect at Cognizant Technology Solutions

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking an Adobe AEP Architect to join our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. If you meet our background requirements and skills, and are looking for an opportunity to apply your expertise, this is an ideal opportunity for you!

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Serve as a subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Cloud.
2. Lead architecture and design of Adobe Experience Cloud implementations in a client-facing role.
3. Understand various integration patterns within Adobe Experience Cloud tools and develop solutions accordingly.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to define architecture and development solutions.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
6. Continuously improve solution architecture, team knowledge, methodologies, and customer-facing collateral.
7. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, especially modules like RTCDP, CJA, AJO, and Data Distiller.
8. Design AEP changes based on Adobe best practices; develop data models, data flows, and jobs.
9. Implement and enhance AEP features as per technical specifications.
10. Understand AEP APIs, deployment processes, Identity Graph, Query Service, Customer Profile, Segmentation, and Data Science Workspace.
11. Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, GTM, or other tag management systems.
12. Configure data collection using Experience Platform Launch and map data into XDM.
13. Work with clients on marketing data, segmentation, measurement, and analysis techniques.
14. Understand website functionalities to improve customer acquisition, loyalty, and business metrics.
15. Build customer journeys using Customer Journey Optimizer and understand Offer Decisioning in AEP.
16. Have a comprehensive understanding of Adobe's integrated Experience Cloud architecture.
17. Exhibit excellent client management, communication, and executive presence skills.
18. Analyze client needs and present end-to-end marketing solutions.
19. Propose alternative solutions for complex scenarios and work effectively in multi-vendor environments.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary ranges from $150,000 to $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The position includes eligibility for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance.
