Job summary

Tampa Electric is seeking an Engineer ADMS with a focus on distributed systems to support the Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) within the Energy Control Center in Florida. The role spans analysis, design, testing, and operational support for ADMS applications, including SCADA and Power Flow, with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, IT, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from ABET accredited college required.
• Electrical Engineering from ABET accredited college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, plan, test, implement, and support ADMS applications (SCADA, Power Flow, Fault Analysis, etc.).
• Maintain system data and ADMS configuration; support distribution engineering analysis.
• Provide technical and user support for ADMS applications and coordinate with IT and operations.
