UCI Health in Irvine, CA seeks a friendly front desk receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients in the clinic. You will perform general clerical and registration tasks and enter patient data into the registration system.
You will verify insurance, schedule appointments, and manage communication with patients, families, and care teams. The role requires strong customer service, accurate data entry, and the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Summary: Incumbent serves as first point of contact for patients in the clinic. Performs general clerical and reception duties. Enters patient data to the registration system and verifies insurance and/or third‑party coverage. Schedules, confirms, and cancels patient appointments.
