Job summary

Enchanted Parks is seeking an Admissions Team Member for weekends and seasonal shifts. You will welcome guests, scan tickets, assist with parking and rentals, and ensure a smooth start to each guest's day. The role is outdoors, active, and customer-focused, with a fun, fast-paced park environment.

NEW! After 4pm during Fright Fest, earn an additional $2/hr on top of the standard pay. This position is open to applicants 16 years and older and offers flexible scheduling around school plans.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with guests throughout the day.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• For Lost & Found/Rentals: ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong teamwork skills and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Scan and validate tickets and season passes at park entry.
• Sell or scan parking passes at the Toll Plaza.
• Direct traffic into the parking lot when needed.
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Provide directions and park information.
• Work at Lost Parents locations and maintain proper documentation.
• Rent out strollers and wheelchairs.
• Manage Lost and Found items.
• Clean and maintain animal kennels and inventory at end of day.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Follow Enchanted Parks' Guest‑First service standards.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.

Kick off your summer working where the fun begins! As an Admissions Team Member at Enchanted Parks, you'll be one of the first faces guests see when they arrive. You'll welcome guests, scan tickets, help with parking and rentals, and make sure everyone starts their day with a great experience. This is a perfect summer job for candidates who enjoy being outdoors, working with people, and staying active.

NEW! Team Members who work after 4pm during Fright Fest will earn an additional $2/hr on top of their standard rate of pay!
