Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Admissions/Sales Coordinator to work with families and guide them through the admissions process.

This on-site role requires 2–5 years in behavioral health admissions, strong phone skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Salesforce experience preferred; bilingual Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience working in behavioral health or healthcare admissions required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Empathy & compassion coupled with a competitive nature and ability to overcome challenges is required along with exceptional phone skills and team work.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bi lingual - Spanish to English desired.

Hourly Pay: $20.00 to $24.00, includes quarterly metric bonus opportunity!

Location: 3133 W Frye Rd., Suite 525, Chandler, AZ

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm AZ Time)

On-Site/Hybrid/Virtual all ok
