Location: Wyoming, MN

Position Overview: As a bilingual admissions team member, you are the first point of contact for thousands of guests each night. Your role is to keep lines moving, solve problems quickly, and communicate clearly in both English and Spanish. This is a high‑volume environment where speed, accuracy, and attitude matter.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
• Must be 18 years or older
• Comfortable standing for up to 4 hours
• Reliable transportation to/from Wyoming, MN
• Available for evening and weekend shifts, including late nights
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with guests
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

• Ability to stay organized and focused during peak crowds
• Capable of handling guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Basic comfort with learning technology (ticket scanning, POS systems, etc.)
