Montrose Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking an Admissions Registered Nurse for full-time day or night shifts. Responsibilities include assessing patients, creating and executing care plans, and educating patients and families.

Must have RN license and at least one year of nursing experience, with CPR and de-escalation certifications required. Salary ranges from $36 to $55.74 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus; prior psychiatric/behavioral experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse license as required by the state.
• One year of nursing experience; psychiatric/behavioral or substance use experience a plus.
• CPR and de‑escalation certification required (training available on hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients’ physical and behavioral health needs and coordinate care.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about conditions.
• Administer medications per orders and document controlled substances.
• Coordinate unit activities and communicate therapeutically with patients, visitors and staff.
