Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year nursing experience; hospice or hospital experience preferred.
• Mobile Driver - Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance per Company policy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle emotional workload.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients in residency or hospitals and initiates care.
• Explains services to patients and addresses their concerns.
• Documents and communicates clinical admissions timely.
