Job summary

Care New England Health System is seeking a field clinician to manage a caseload from admission to community transition, coordinating interdisciplinary care and ensuring referrals are made when appropriate. Equivalent RI licensure and a Bachelor’s degree are required, with a strong preference for related discipline experience.
