As a Hospice Admissions Nurse, you will be responsible for executing the hospice admission process in compliance with federal and state regulations. You will advocate for the patient and family to meet their needs that hospice can cover and refer them to other resources as appropriate.

MS: At least one-year full-time experience as an RN. However, three (3) years full-time clinical experience in a healthcare setting as an LPN may be substituted for the one-year full time experience as an RN
