Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions and conduct pre-authorization for treatment and admission.
• Collaborate with medical and psychiatric staff to determine appropriate level of care.
• Perform insurance benefit verifications and initiate pre-authorization as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure payor authorization within timelines.
