You’ll be part of the Admissions team, working closely with Admissions Liaisons, Admissions Leadership, Federal and Special Programs, Reception, and school teams. This team is responsible for guiding prospective families through the early stages of the admissions process and ensuring applications are complete, accurate, and ready for the next step.
The team culture is collaborative, service-oriented, and detail-driven, with a shared commitment to making the admissions experience clear and welcoming for every family. You’ll play an important role in keeping applications moving, supporting families, and helping the team deliver a consistent and responsive admissions experience.
As an Admissions Representative, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for families beginning their admissions journey. Your work will help prospective students and families navigate the initial application process with clarity, confidence, and support.
You’ll review applications, verify information, identify missing documentation, and communicate next steps while ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Through accurate documentation and thoughtful follow-through, you’ll help create a smooth transition to the assigned Admissions Liaison.
Your attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to service will help minimize delays, reduce unnecessary rework, and create a positive first impression for the families we serve.
