Warner University is seeking a highly organized, personable, and service-oriented Recruiting Specialist to support the University's enrollment goals by building meaningful relationships with prospective students, families, schools, churches, and community organizations. This position will play an important role in recruiting prospective students and guiding them through the admissions process while creating a welcoming and engaging experience for students and families visiting campus.

Essential Responsibilities

Student Recruitment

• Recruit prospective students through phone calls, emails, text messages, social media, personal appointments, school visits, college fairs, and other recruitment activities.
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective students, parents, school counselors, pastors, youth leaders, and other influencers.
• Communicate Warner University's academic programs, student experience, campus community, financial aid opportunities, and admissions requirements to prospective students and families.
• Fluently articulate Warner University's commitment to biblical orthodoxy
• Conduct presentations and represent Warner University at high schools, college fairs, churches, community events, and other recruitment activities.
• Follow up consistently with prospective students throughout the recruitment and admissions process.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of recruitment activities, communications, and prospective-student interactions in the University's CRM or student information system.
• Assist with recruitment events and other enrollment initiatives.

Campus Visit Coordination

• Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families scheduling campus visits.
• Coordinate details pertaining to campus visits with Assistant Director of Traditional Enrollment.
• Coordinate with admissions staff, faculty, coaches, student ambassadors, residence life, financial aid, academic departments, and other campus partners to ensure a seamless visit experience.
• Maintain campus visit calendars and ensure appropriate staffing and resources are available for scheduled visits.
• Welcome prospective students and families and help ensure they feel informed, valued, and connected to the Warner University community.
• Follow up with visitors after their campus experience to encourage continued engagement and answer questions.
• Monitor campus visit activity and provide recommendations for improving the prospective-student experience.

Administrative & Team Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and execution of recruitment plans and enrollment initiatives.
• Participate in admissions team meetings, training, professional development, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with university departments to create a consistent and positive prospective-student experience.
• Assist with recruitment materials, communications, presentations, and special projects.
• Travel as needed for recruitment activities, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and comply with applicable University policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of the University's enrollment and student recruitment objectives.

Required Qualifications
