Grand Valley State University is hiring an Admissions Recruiter to represent the university to prospective students, parents, counselors, and other stakeholders. The role will manage recruitment territory, advise applicants, and participate in events to increase interaction and yield.

Evening/weekend work and travel are required, with a focus on inclusivity and equity. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in related fields, plus strong communication and cross-cultural skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong communication skills.
• Two years in customer service, recruitment, education, or related field.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

This position will represent GVSU to prospective students, parents, secondary school counselors and other individuals or organizations involved in the college selection process.
