PACS is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support facility operations by driving admissions and census growth. You will manage the admissions process, coordinate with Nursing and Case Management, and ensure timely, compliant enrollment for prospective residents.
The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners to maximize referrals and maintain a warm, professional admissions environment.
The primary purpose of your job is to support facility operations by increasing the facility census.
