Alden Estates of Jefferson in Jefferson, Wisconsin, is seeking an Admissions Director to lead patient admissions from hospitals and other care settings, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.

You will conduct facility tours, meet families, initiate insurance authorizations, verify benefits, coordinate public aid, and maintain confidentiality while representing the facility to hospitals and payors.

About the Role:

As an Admissions Director, you will be responsible for screening potential admissions from the hospital, home, or other healthcare settings to our skilled nursing facility and ensuring a smooth transition for our residents. Your duties will include:
