Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two years of related work experience; experience may substitute for the degree on a year-to-year basis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with BANNER is preferred.
• Experience in higher education, marketing, sales, or related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Presents information about the benefits of technical education.
• Plans and implements recruitment activities, campus tours, mailings, social media, and events.
• Fosters relationships with schools, local businesses, and community organizations for recruitment.
• Collaborates with other college divisions and departments in recruitment efforts.
• Communicates with prospective students, parents, and the community regarding admissions procedures and requirements.
• Receives and enters applications into the student information system.
• May conduct placement exams and verify in-state residency.
• Keeps up-to-date with admissions regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Assists with enrollment marketing materials and open houses.
