Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC is hiring an Admissions Counselor for a remote, full-time position. You will perform intake assessments, coordinate admissions, and support the outpatient team, while maintaining strong communication with clients and referring partners.

The role emphasizes customer service, professionalism, and empathy, with a focus on scheduling, documentation, and coordination across clinical staff. Florida Clearinghouse screening applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Multitasking ability with a sense of urgency and empathy.
• Strong computer skills and typing accuracy.
• Experience in the mental health field preferred.
• Salesforce and EMR/EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments and coordinate with admissions staff.
• Answer phones, schedule, and handle clerical duties per office procedures.
• Forward clinical/medical documents to RNs/MDs for review.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, families, and referring hospitals.
• Collaborate with Evaluation Clinicians as needed.
• Coordinate admission dates with admissions staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Monte Nido has been delivering treatment for eating disorders for over two decades. Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.

This position is responsible for performing clerical duties assigned in accordance with the office procedures and may include a combination of answering telephones, completing and mailing documents, scheduling, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing. This position also includes the coordination of intake assessments and interrelationships with site staff and outside organizations.

Schedule: FT hours weekend position (Thursday-Monday ot Friday-Monday).

Pay: $23.51-$28.00/hour (depending on experience)#LI-REMOTE

• Foster collaboration with the outpatient team.
• Coordinate admission dates in conjunction with admissions/program staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred

• Proficient in multitasking
• Excellent computer skills, including typing keyboard expectations
