Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions in Dayton, OH is seeking a full-time recruiter for the Job Corps program. Salary is $45,000 per year. You will recruit eligible youth, conduct outreach in communities and public events, and work to meet departmental goals.

You’ll interview applicants (and parents when minors are involved), manage applicant files, coordinate travel, and participate in meetings. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; related supervisory experience may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related supervisory experience or equivalent.
• One or two years of related experience and/or training.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
