Naropa University’s Admissions team at Nalanda Campus in Boulder seeks an Admissions Counselor to represent the university to prospective students, build relationships, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
The role requires 1–2 years in higher education or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, strong MS Office skills, and a willingness to travel regionally in a hybrid work setup.

Compensation: $20.67-$25.48 per hour

Reporting to the Associate Director of Admissions, the Admissions Counselor will represent Naropa University to prospective students and organizations and works to increase inquires and convert applications into enrolled students. The successful Admissions Counselor will exhibit superior customer service and professionalism throughout daily interactions and communications with students, including interviews, phone calls, email and information sessions. Implements recruitment strategies to reach prospective students through events, referrals, online and print communications, and outreach to external individuals and groups. Must demonstrate an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members, faculty, students, alumni, administrators and staff.
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Fall Break, 4th Thursday and Friday in November, and Winter Break, the last two weeks in December encompassing the Christmas holiday as well as New Year’s.

All regular full-time and part-time faculty and staff, including student workers, accrue sick leave benefits. Full-time and part-time staff positions accrue vacation and personal time. All leave accrual rates vary based on the position, hours worked, and years of service.
