Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey is hiring for an Admissions team member to help guests with parking purchases, ticket sales, and pass processing at the Front Gate and Toll Plaza. You will validate tickets and address first-line guest concerns, ensuring a smooth park entry experience.

This entry-level position requires basic computer literacy, strong customer service and English reading skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Must be 14 years or older.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend and reach during shift.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Must read and understand English.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests entering and leaving the park.
• Sell, upgrade and scan parking and tickets/passes.
• Direct guests and answer questions about the park.
• Process season passes and distribute promotional flyers.
• Instruct guests on using the park app and maintain a clean work area.

Don’t miss your admission ticket to a fun filled summer! Working for the Admissions department you will ensure that the guests have an amazing start to their day by assisting Guests in purchasing parking, one day tickets, or season passes, validating tickets that are presented by the Guests at our Front Gate, and at our Toll Plaza, as well as Processing Season Passes. You will also handle first line Guest concerns for tickets that do not validate as expected.

Pay rate: $16.00/Hour

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they enter and leave the park.
• Selling, upgrading and scanning parking.
• Directing traffic to where they need to go.
• Selling and upgrading tickets and passes.
• Scanning passes and tickets.
• Checking tickets and passes for accuracy.
• Processing season passes.
• Distributing promotional flyers.
• Assisting guests with questions about the park.
• Upselling passes and certain rides/areas throughout the park.
• Instructing guests on how to use our park specific App on their mobile device.
• Maintaining a clean work environment.
