As an Admissions Clinician, you’ll be the first point of connection for patients seeking care—playing a critical role in guiding them through a compassionate, efficient, and clinically sound intake and admissions process. Your expertise helps ensure each individual is assessed thoughtfully and directed to the most appropriate level of care.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients presenting with psychiatric or behavioral health concerns, including both voluntary and involuntary cases
• Use your clinical judgement to determine medical necessity and recommend alternative levels of care when appropriate
• Gather an evaluate key information for insurance providers, including competing precertifications
• Respond to and triage incoming calls, providing timely guidance and follow-up to patients, families, and referral sources
