Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• Solid performance record in Customer Service, Sales, or Relational service role.
• Ability to multi-task and present professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes students by participating in enrollment steps (paperwork, qualifications, campus tours, financial aid, schedules).
• Provides information relative to the college and its programs.
• Assist students in selecting programs based on professional judgments, test scores, transcripts.
• Qualify applicants for admission who meet admissions requirements.
• Make required phone calls, follow-ups, referrals, and daily activities for departmental objectives.
• Follow policies to support admissions processes and budget adherence.
• Provide feedback to managers to improve admissions quality and efficiency.
