The role focuses on building our enrollment pipeline, serving as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families, and traveling regionally to engage communities.

The successful candidate will manage a recruitment territory, evaluate applications, conduct presentations and interviews, and guide applicants through the admission process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; at least 1 year in a related field, preferably higher education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships, influence others, achieve goals, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and social media.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.

Admission Counselor/ Assistant Director

Lebanon Valley College is seeking an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Admission Counselor / Assistant Director to join our Admission team. This full-time position plays an important role in building LVC’s enrollment pipeline and serves as one of the College’s first points of contact for prospective students and families. The successful candidate will be an engaging ambassador for LVC who enjoys connecting with students, traveling, building relationships, and sharing the value of an LVC education. This position will manage an assigned recruitment territory, evaluate admission applications, conduct presentations and interviews, and guide prospective students and families throughout the admission process. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of successful experience in a related field, preferably in higher education, excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills, the ability to build relationships, influence others, achieve goals, and manage multiple priorities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and social media, a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regionally. The availability for evening and weekend responsibilities is required as needed. Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
