The outpatient surgery program is an accredited ambulatory surgery center in Wisconsin, that focuses on specialized, high-quality outpatient surgical care. Supporting orthopedic and spine surgery, the Administrator Surgery Center will oversee an efficient ambulatory surgery environment designed to deliver safe procedures, coordinated care, and a smooth experience from preoperative preparation through recovery. Reporting to senior executive leadership or the center’s governing body, the ASC Administrator will receive strategic support while maintaining responsibility for daily operations, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, budgeting, staffing, quality improvement, patient safety, and long-range planning. The Administrator Outpatient Surgery Center will work closely with friendly nurses, surgeons, anesthesia professionals, clinical leaders, business office staff, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
