Job summary

Longterm Health Management Services is seeking an Administrator to lead a Skilled Nursing facility and drive top-quality care. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, staff leadership and regulatory compliance in a fast-growing team.

The role emphasizes building a positive culture, achieving facility-wide goals and delivering a high standard of care to residents. Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management is required, LNHA license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field.
• Unencumbered State of MI Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operation and attainment of facility-wide goals.
• Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Ensure residents are comfortable and safe through creative problem solving.
