BRidgecrest Post Acute seeks an experienced administrator to direct daily facility operations and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards for quality resident care. The role oversees overall function, census monitoring, budgeting, policy development, and staff accountability while collaborating with HR, Clinical, and Finance to meet goals and uphold a stellar reputation.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s/MBA preferred, and strong leadership in Microsoft
The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
This position is responsible for managing and overseeing multiple levels of employees either directly and indirectly. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to, hiring, training, budgeting, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, resolving problems and terminations.
Must possess, as a minimum, A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent.
Master's Degree or MBA preferred.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite products.
Must maintain licensing credentials for an Administrator.

Travel by auto or airline will be required.
