Job summary

A leading IT solutions company is looking for an IT Programmer in Las Vegas, NV. This mostly remote role involves providing technical support for CAD operations, developing reports using SQL Server and Power BI, and coordinating with vendors for software modifications. Qualifications

• Expert level/Minimum five (5) years’ experience in CAD Administration with knowledge of CentralSquare software, Power BI, Crystal Reports.
• Advance level/Minimum one (1) year’ experience in documentation of technical requirements.
• Minimum one (1) year’ experience in building and executing test plans for software modifications.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day CAD operations using CentralSquare and Priority Dispatch systems.
• Develop and maintain reports using MS SQL Server, Power BI, and Crystal Reports.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and support system upgrades.
• Build and maintain CAD units, stations, response plans, protocols, and user accounts.
• Produce monthly CAD exports, Auto Aid reports, and ad hoc reports for internal and external agencies.
• Coordinate system upgrades with vendors and communicate issues promptly.

Job Description

The client is seeking technical and operational support for Fire Department functions within the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system. This role supports daily CAD operations, reporting, system configuration, and vendor coordination for integrated public safety applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day CAD operations using CentralSquare and Priority Dispatch systems
