Qualifications

  • 2+ years of admin work, service writing or parts management experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to take background/drug test.
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment/trucks is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Writing and tracking internal service work.
  • Writing estimates and bills for customers.
  • Completing proper paperwork in accordance with work done.

As a result of our significant growth, GM Equipment Rentals / Hydraulix is in need of 1 full time administrative/parts assistant for our Columbus, OH location.

Job responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

Writing and tracking internal service work.

Writing estimates and bills for customers.

Completing proper paperwork in accordance with work done that day.

Ordering parts

Generating PO's

Checking in parts orders.

Monitor inventory levels

ETC.

Job Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and be able to take background /drug test.

2 + years of admin work, service writing or parts management experience.

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Excel, Word, QuickBooks, etc.

Familiarity with heavy equipment / trucks and parts a plus.
