ProSidian is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative and TQP support in a Federal environment, primarily onsite in the Mountain West region (North Las Vegas, NV). You will handle records, FOIA requests, travel authorizations, and data/document support for program management initiatives.

Ideal candidates have strong organization, confidentiality, and multi-tasking abilities, with 1–3 years of relevant experience and a background in government or regulated settings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience; federal/DOE experience preferred.

This role focusses on PM | Program / Project Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy (DOE/NNSA | NFO) | DOE National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) | Nevada Field Office (NFO) Generally Located In North Las Vegas, Nevada; with potential work in Mercury, Nevada and across the Mountain West / Southwestern Region Region (Of Country/World) Work On Client Site.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Provide daily administrative support across the Office of the Manager and assistant-manager organizations.
  • Prepare, revise, format, proofread, print, and route technical and nontechnical documents, correspondence, reports, basic spreadsheets, and presentation slides.
  • Answer phones; schedule calendars, appointments, meetings, and rooms; prepare agendas and record minutes.
  • Distribute physical mail; photocopy and scan; compile reports; maintain records; perform accurate data entry.
  • Create domestic/foreign travel reservations, authorizations, and vouchers; assist with timekeeping reviews and reminders.
  • Operate correspondence, action/issue, FOIA, and other administrative databases; maintain FOIA logs and complete request records within Government timeframes.
  • Cross-train, rotate coverage, and provide absence backfill and authorized event support.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

  • DOE L clearance required; DOE Q where needed. Price two FTEs plus realistic relief coverage. Validate SCA wage‑determination applicability, locality wage/fringe requirements, exemption status, and the final contract labor‑category crosswalk before publishing compensation or bid rates.
Other Details

Two core full-time onsite positions. Each provides 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday excluding Federal holidays, with active availability during 0900-1500 core hours. Team‑wide cross‑training and fill‑in coverage are explicit performance requirements.
