Redan LLC is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to be part of a growingteamin the federal sector.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing front-line administrative services, including receiving and screening incoming telephone calls and visitors. You will determine the identity and purpose of each contact, assess the appropriate course of action, and decide whether to direct the matter to the appropriate office Director, refer it to other staff or organizations, or handle it independently.
The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties, ensuring the seamless operation of office tasks and the support of internal and external stakeholders.
