Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support) associate in Polson, MT. The role supports store accounting, answers customer questions, quotes products and services, and helps drive store sales with a strong customer-service approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with tire and wheel purchases, handling inventory tasks, and supporting credit programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Continuous standing and walking.

Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support)

The Sales & Administration position is responsible for performing Administration duties related to store accounting and operations, assisting in the sales of tires and wheels to customers, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greeting customers
• Discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues
• Providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program
• Assists with store inventory

Experience: Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training.
