The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Division of Community Access, Bureau of Child Support Services, seeks an Administrative Support Assistant 3 to join our Spencer team.
This full-time role offers a possible hybrid work arrangement after training, requiring a driver’s license and occasional travel. The position focuses on casework, partner communications, and maintaining confidentiality while supporting statewide child support objectives.

Hours, Work Location and Requirements:
This position is in the Spencer Child Support Office. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday – Friday with hours being from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Upon successful completion of the training period and with management approval, this position offers a possible hybrid work opportunity, working from home and office as scheduled. This position requires a driver’s license and the ability to travel on occasion.
