Transylvania Regional Hospital, part of Mission Health, is seeking an Administrative Supervisor PRN to oversee clinical operations and administrative tasks when Managers and Directors are unavailable. The role emphasizes leadership, staffing, and care coordination across departments.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Nursing with at least 5 years of nursing experience and at least 2 years in supervisory roles; NC RN license and BCLS are required.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the clinical operational and administrative oversight for all departments in the absence of the Managers and Directors.

Essential Accountabilities

What qualifications you will need

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Preferred Education: Master’s Degree

Required License: Must have and maintain current license as a registered nurse in North Carolina or one of the compact states as defined by North Carolina Board of Nursing, and must have and maintain current BCLS. ACLS and/or PALS may be required.

Preferred Certifications: Specialty Certification in Leadership from National Organization

Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with 2 years of supervisory or management experience

Preferred Experience: Critical Care nursing experience
