The position requires basic computer skills, strong customer service, and the ability to work with families and community resources in an in-office setting. HIPAA and FERPA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • A 2-year degree may substitute for experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in person or by phone and maintain punctual schedules.
  • Ensure HIPAA and FERPA compliance in all tasks and records.
  • Maintain BabyNet educational files and OnBase indexing with county details.
  • Receive and route information to BabyNet Coordinators and update records.
  • Prepare reports and maintain inventory of forms, brochures, and supplies.
  • Attend meetings and trainings; support coordinators and supervisors.
  • Perform related duties to support BabyNet SPOE operations.
