gategroup is seeking an Administrative Specialist to support office and operations with correspondence, billing issues, accounts payable, and supply purchasing. This on-site role in Chantilly, VA offers a competitive hourly wage and a collaborative environment.
You will handle daily office duties, process mail, coordinate with management and customers, and assist with billing and purchasing. A High School Diploma and 1–2 years of clerical experience plus strong MS Office skills are preferred.

The Administrative Specialist is responsible to assist the office and operations staff with correspondence (Internal and External), billing issues, accounts payable documents, customer requests, supply and ordering items, and general office responsibilities.
Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $ 22 - $23 Per Hour
High School Diploma or GED is required
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with clerical duties and responsibilities
(Certification, Licenses and Registration) Must have strong computer skills using Microsoft Office Products including Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Excellent time management skills required Strong organizational, analytical and leadership skills required
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
