Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates administrative tasks for department managers and directors.
  • Maintains databases for personnel records, payroll data, and benefits information.
  • Handles scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel as needed.
  • Prepares reports, correspondence, and statistical information using word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Interacts with public, staff, and external agencies in a courteous manner.
