Job summary

Visiting Angels in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area is seeking two Administrative / Float Caregivers to deliver high-quality, flexible care to seniors. The role involves covering multiple territories with a four-day work week and on-call availability to meet changing client needs.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of professional caregiving experience, strong mobility/transfer skills, and dementia care expertise.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional caregiving experience with seniors.
• Extensive hands-on experience with mobility and personal care needs.
• Proficiency with Hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand lifts, gait belts, and transfers.
• Experience caring for bedbound clients with repositioning and activities of daily living.
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care experience required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• On-call availability and travel Valley-wide.
• Compassionate, dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care and client coverage throughout the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
• Maintain flexible schedule with designated four-day work weeks.
• Travel as needed to support client care and staffing requirements.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistent, high-quality caregiver support.
