Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking an Administrative Fellow to join our organization for a one-year, post-graduate fellowship beginning in summer 2027. The HealthPartners Administrative Fellowship is designed to develop future health care leaders following completion of a master’s degree in health care administration or a related field.

Qualifications

• Must be a 2nd year graduate student in a health care administration program.
• Completion of a master’s degree in health care administration, health services administration, public health, business administration or a related field prior to the start of the fellowship.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a leadership career in health care.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and with leaders at multiple levels of the organization.

Administrative Fellow – HealthPartners/Park Nicollet

HealthPartners is seeking an Administrative Fellow to join our organization for a one-year, post-graduate fellowship beginning in summer 2027.

The HealthPartners Administrative Fellowship is designed to develop future health care leaders following completion of a master’s degree in health care administration or a related field. The fellowship provides an opportunity to build upon graduate education through meaningful, hands‑on leadership experiences within a complex, integrated health care organization.

Rather than following a predetermined rotation or curriculum, each fellow’s experience will be shaped around two things: the fellow’s professional interests and development goals, and the strategic priorities of HealthPartners. This approach allows fellows to gain broad exposure to health care leadership while contributing to work that is important to the organization.

Throughout the fellowship, the Administrative Fellow will work directly with senior leaders across HealthPartners and have opportunities to:

• Lead and contribute to strategic, operational and organizational initiatives.

At the beginning of the fellowship, the fellow and organizational leaders will jointly establish goals and experiences that balance the fellow’s professional development interests with HealthPartners’ strategic needs. These goals will evolve throughout the year as the fellow gains experience and new opportunities emerge.

Fellowship Duration:

Approximately one year, summer 2027 through summer 2028

Work Schedule:

Full-time, 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
