Description

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day office management and perform a variety of specialized clerical duties in support of administrative operations of departmental programs or projects. Duties focus on assisting the Director, Managers and care staff with project support duties, such as tracking expenditures and program information; producing statistical and summary reports; reviewing and monitoring invoices, employee evaluation timeliness, developing written materials and answering correspondence.

Work at this level typically involves a variety of complex clerical tasks requiring substantial knowledge of the department's work commitments and projects. Considerable independence and initiative are involved in determining how the work is performed and appropriate actions to be taken.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
