Principle Distribution in North Austin is hiring a full-time Client Relations Specialist to manage customer relationships from our corporate office. You will engage with managers and owners, identify growth opportunities, and ensure service excellence across Texas and Arizona.

The role emphasizes outbound communication, problem-solving, and proactive account development, with a strong focus on customer retention and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in initiating outbound calls to customers.
• Call assigned customers monthly to assess satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
• Discuss service quality, driver performance, communication, and overall customer needs.
• Identify concerns early and communicate urgent issues to operations and management.
• Uncover opportunities for additional routes, drivers, locations, or delivery services.

Responsibilities

• Document customer feedback, open issues, risks, and next steps in Nutshell CRM.
• Provide clear updates on customer satisfaction trends and growth opportunities.
• This is NOT a call center position.
• Approximately 60-80% of this position is dedicated to Customer Service Representative responsibilities, with the remaining 20-40% consisting of administrative and operational support duties assigned by management.

Client Relations Specialist Full-Time | In Office | N Austin Office | $60,000/yr plus performance-based bonus potential

Principle Distribution is hiring a full-time Client Relations Specialist to support customer relationships from our North Austin corporate office. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who enjoys building long-term business relationships, asking thoughtful questions, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to improve service and grow customer accounts.

Principle Distribution provides dedicated delivery driver solutions throughout Texas and Arizona. You will work with customers, operations teams, and leadership to strengthen communication, improve retention, and identify practical growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Must be proficient in initiating OUTBOUND calls to customers
• Call assigned customers monthly to assess satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
• Discuss service quality, driver performance, communication, and overall customer needs.
