Clinton County Commissioners' Court Administration seeks an organized administrative assistant to support the Court Administrator's office. Primary duties include typing, filing, answering phones, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential legal documents.
You will greet visitors, manage schedules, prepare Pro Se forms, maintain the Law Library, and assist court clerks as needed. The role demands discretion, reliability, and accurate data handling.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma/ GED or higher. Previous experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in the legal field is a plus. A valid driver's license, satisfactory pre-employment drug screen, background check and completion of the computer skills testing also required.
SALARY: $38,767.00 (Grade H)
Under the direct supervision of the Court Administrator. Provides administrative and secretarial support for the Court Administrator's office. In addition to typing, filing and answering of telephone, performs duties such as coordination of meetings, obtaining supplies, working on special projects. Also, corresponds and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization, independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize
