The Office of Juvenile Justice is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator 3 to support daily operations and the treatment team through high-quality clerical, communication, and documentation work. This role is ideal for someone who excels in organization, accuracy, and managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you’ll prepare essential case documentation, maintain youth files, support communication across staff, and ensure accurate data entry. You’ll also assist with sorting correspondence, proofreading outgoing materials, compiling reports, and keeping office supplies and equipment running smoothly. Your work helps maintain efficient operations and supports the treatment team’s ability to deliver consistent, timely services.

Two years of experience in administrative services.
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.
